Our Story
It started with a seasoned big tech executive with deep experience in strategy consulting and coaching, who also happened to be a parent. Through her volunteer work at a local secondary school, she was having regular conversations with teenagers about their futures and aspirations.
What she discovered surprised her. These teenagers weren't dreaming of traditional high-flying corporate jobs. Instead, they were driven by entrepreneurship in all its modern forms - building audiences in media, creating software solutions, launching branded products, developing innovative services. They had the vision and passion, but lacked the structured support to turn ideas into reality.
That's when SPARK was born - combining decades of corporate strategy experience with real insights from today's entrepreneurially-minded teenagers. A platform that understands both the business world and the unique motivations driving this generation of young innovators.
